Before King-Lu, Mr. Jin was the general manager of Wuxi Blower Works where he grew its business from near-bankruptcy to RMB 20 million in annual revenue and over RMB 8 million in annual profit in less than 6 years. Before that, Mr. Jin was the founder and general manager of Wuxi Valve Works where he grew its business to RMB 20 million in annual revenue and RMB 6 million in annual profit with more than 1,000 employees and over 300 different valve products in 10 years. Early in his career, Mr. Jin was a pattern-making master and held various management positions at local foundries and machine shops.
