King-Lu Industries, Inc. supplies a wide range of high quality valves
for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, aerospace and many other industrial
applications.
We don't have our own brand of valves. We make valves for our OEM customers.
We provide:
- Pre-sale Support. Based upon the customer-supplied drawing which describes a valve's
type, size, finish requirements and acceptance criteria, King-Lu's engineers work with
the customer to choose a most cost-effective process.
- Pattern Making, Tooling, Casting, Machining and Finishing.
- Inspection. Non-destructive testing suing X-rays, ultra-sound, fluorescent penetrating
and magnetic particle inspection. Dimensions are also inspected and valve samples are
tested to ensure correct chemistry and mechanical properties.
- Product Delivery and Post-sale Support.
